Going Country - Seen at Tootsie's in Nashville: John Stone!

Dear Friends,

We are still smiling about the Nashville trip. Janet Elkins and Chris Gerstenblatt had a great time attending the Special Event Conference, catching up on trends, meeting colleagues and friends and checking out new venues and talent in Music City.
Our friend Dianne Devitt from DND Group in New York City ventured out to catch a set at the legendary Honky Tonk Tootsie's and came back raving about the artist she had the chance to catch on stage: John Stone.

Dianne: "His set was great; really energized and musically tight. But I am most impressed by how much he cared about the crowd. He is really a great communicator, with that rustic country look and charm, and the ability to connect with the audience. His gig was a great event and he managed to engage a Nashville audience that is used to seeing top names in town."

All of these qualities are a great plus in our industry and we googled John Stone right away. he's got credentials! This from his website:

Played for former President George W. Bush 6 times; former First Lady Laura Bush twice. The Republican headquarters on election night in Washington, DC, Private "leaving office party" at the Chamber of Commerce in Washington, DC.  The White House Christmas Party and the Inaugural Ball.

So without further delay, heeeere's John Stone to get your week going.

Wishing you a great week!
Janet
