Event Report: A Summer in San Francisco Bay

We are happy to share a new sizzle reel - Thanks to our wonderful client! - of our month long production in Alameda Harbor.

This event took place six times - the finale to a Chinese incentive travel program that visited the San Francisco Bay Area in May and June 2015.

The location: aircraft carrier museum USS Hornet in Alameda Bay.

We turned this historic Navy ship into a safe and memorable, spectacular event space and presented the more than 10,000 guests with a customized 4-hour gala program of non-stop action.

The series celebrated 20 years of company history, served as a launching campaign for a new product, and concluded with an exciting preview of the 2016 Incentive Destination: Bali.

The USS Hornet production included
  •     military fly-bys to honor the location.
  •     iconic historic characters added to the entertainment.
  •     the real USS Hornet Band welcoming the guests.
  •     a Canada-based Chinese star and an American who sings in Mandarin!
  •     a customized live choreography of the Chinese super dance hit "Little Apple".
  •     900 Alaskan crabs sourced directly from the fleet of "The Deadliest Catch".
  •     the aircraft carrier surrounded with close proximity fireworks.
  •     Special accommodations were made for the youngest group. We created a completely custom-branded Electric Journey.

Site Report from The Fabulous Forum in Inglewood

We recently had a Fabulous Tour of the Fabulous Forum, courtesy of our friend Jill Przelenski, Director, Special Events & Family Entertainment. In a nutshell: the re-invented Forum deserves the media hype it received. Eagles' Glenn Frey exclaimed: “The Forum is the best sounding large building anywhere in the world. Take my word for it, we’ve played them all.” It also offers exquisite event space possibilities that allow us to create a VIP Experience of any size! The legendary Forum Club serves as special entrance for private and corporate events. It's a VIP Experience from the first moment onward as this area has special parking privileges and street access.  Painting and maintenance crews were hard at work inside and outside of  the new hall that reopened in January 2014.  Jill Przelenski: "We don't allow any wear and tear. Event Report: The U.S. Air Force Academy Ring Dance – Toasting to Nostalgia, History & Tradition

We recently had the opportunity and honor to again produce the United States Air Force Academy’s Annual Ring Dance for the Class of 2018, a celebration for some of the finest young people in the USA.  Executive Producer Kristen Rensch enjoyed the May snowstorm in Colorado. Kristen is no stranger to military aviation. Her father is a nearly 30-year decorated retired veteran and pilot of the U.S. Marine Corp. She spent part of her childhood on military bases, in flight simulators, and watching her father command flight squadrons. With other family members in various branches of the armed forces, and with a personal and professional aviation background herself (just ask her to quickly recite the phonetic alphabet!), there was something nostalgic and downright breathtaking about the Academy campus and this event. “The Academy grounds are dramatically beautiful, tucked into thousands of acres of western landscape.
