Sun, Sand and Surf - A Cohesive Incentive Event In Cancun

Yes, we do ❤️ our job!

Alisa Walsh, Brynne Peña and Rebecca Fernandez Motus were the lucky 3 who got to work in Cancun, Mexico, last week.
6 days of sun, surf and sand - but you know that we don't actually have time to swim and tan.

We were very honored to have been selected by our U.S. client to work in Mexico for this event.

"We are very pleased to have been brought into this event in Mexico by our client. We work together regularly and they trust us to bring together all the pieces necessary to create a cohesive incentive event, no matter where in the world it takes place. We planned from abroad, at home in Los Angeles, but made several trips for site visits and conferences with all parties involved. It was a pleasure to consult with everyone involved to bring our client's vision that we are familiar with to this new location."


Our multi-lingual team loved working with the Mexican vendors and partners on site to ensure consistency in design and branding for this incentive event.
We also loved to use local, tropical materials to create the look.

Alisa: "Our probably most environmentally sustainable feature we ever created was the very ecological Sand Lounge for the pool party. We built it on site. The branded Mayan sand monuments were equally sustainable. Every grain of sand was returned to the beach.
