California's Exceptional Drought's Impact on Our Industry

On March 17, the State Water Resources Control Board adopted an expanded emergency conservation regulation to safeguard the state’s remaining water supplies as California enters a fourth consecutive dry year. Last week the State approved more emergency water use restrictions. We asked Joann Roth-Oseary, Arjen Bosma and Bob Amano:
