"We had a 1:1 ratio of planners and suppliers, which was a great way to meet and connect with colleagues and build relationships, that will be really valuable to all of us. But besides the business aspects, we had a wonderful time mingling, learning and participating in great group activities. As co-chair, I was in charge of hotel logistics, which ties in so well with my previous professional life. It was an interesting experience to work with a hotel from the "other side".
