Austin, TX, January 5, 2021–Jeff Haynes, founder and CEO of Haute Companies, announced the acquisition of EventWorks—adding to the award-winning group of companies including Haute Rock Creative, Haute Dokimazo, SwagHub, Haute Spot, and Haute Rock Entertainment. As part of the purchase, Alisa Walsh, president of EventWorks, will take over as CEO of Haute Rock Creative, the advertising agency serving Fortune 500 companies. Walsh will also step into the role of CEO at EventWorks with former head, Ted Bowers, serving as strategic and technical counsel until 2026.

Founded in Los Angeles by Ted Bowers and Janet Elkins in 1989, EventWorks has an established roster of blue-chip clients. Among them are Aston Martin, BMW North America, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, In-N-Out Burger, Marriott Hotels International, and MetLife.
