Presenting "Not-Live" from Japan: Asimo, the Humanoid.

Image
Wow, talk about taking the world by storm! We love Asimo! Could he be the next big event industry entertainer? Created by Honda, Asimo is the most advanced humanoid in the world. Introduced just two weeks ago at the New York Auto Show, he charmed everyone!  Mashable and CNET editors are practically swooning, Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan invited him to their Live show, Honda dispatched Asimo to welcome President Obama during the state visit to Japan. The Prez and Asimo played soccer! We can't wait to work with him! Just imagine the possibilities! Can we teach him to dance? Hold keynote speeches? Serve food? We definitely envision him as a Welcome Greeter at many occasions. Who is his agent? Call us!

Fire Works and Tweet Storm Over Manhattan!

Copyright: Nadine Froger Photography, 2014. All Rights Reserved Imagine a low of 33 degrees, wind gusts reaching 35mph and wind driven rain coming in sideways! Yes, those were the conditions we faced on April 15th for a mostly outdoor event for 1,600 guests on Ellis and Liberty Islands, New York! Our biggest worry: an extensive and intricate display of fire works that were an important element of this celebration for a Chinese client. We decided to stick to Plan A and went ahead - and we got lucky! The fire works were a huge hit with our guests - and many New Yorkers! We did not just light up the sky over the Hudson River - we generated local media coverage and  a Tweet Storm! Here some great tweets we happened to catch! Local reporters got into it! Working In A Historic Location: Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island

Image
As you read this we are putting the final elements in place for a big event on Ellis Island and Liberty Island. We are so thrilled to have the chance to work in such historic locations. Many of us have ancestors who were among the 25 million immigrants to arrive at this place to start their American journey. And the first thing they saw was our symbol of freedom and democracy, a gift from the French: our Statue of Liberty. Rest assured, she will be featured prominently as part of our decor! Patti Golden introduced us to the hilarious Liberty Video! Just the kind of New York energy we need this Monday morning! Thank you Patti for sharing! Greetings from New York City!

Making A Great Entrance - We Love This One!

Image
Gooooood Morning! Up and at them! We have found the video that really exemplifies "Making A Great Entrance"! In case you missed it: here is Kevin Bacon, as nimble on his feet as ever, making his Footloose entrance on Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show two weeks ago. You just can't stop from tapping your toes, right? Just the kind of energetic, universally beloved song and video we love to start off any event. And this week!
